So, I have to say now that I have amped up my daily routine to Insanity workouts in the morning and hip hop abs in the evening...I feel the burn.  The energy that I have throughout the day is through the roof.  Combining these two programs was a fantastic idea, at first I figured it would be a bit much but wow, I cannot wait to see the results after two months of hip hop abs.

On March 18th, I am starting a challenge group with a few of my lovely lady friends doing the Tony Horton's 10 Minute Trainer.  I am so excited to be doing this with the group, we will share our thoughts and most likely complaints on how it's kicking our butts!  I will continue with the hip hop abs during that time as that is a promise that I have made my beautiful daughter!  Looking forward to keeping all of  you up to date on my 10 minute trainer challenge group too!
